Ideas for insulating a 10X10 roll up door

I have my shop near completion, but now I need a way to insulate the big roll up doors. I still want to be able to open them if the need came up, but they will be closed 99.9% of the time now that I am moved in. Any ideas?

once it starts getting colder here I'm picking up a couple of the kits from Home Depot or Menards. They only insulate to R-8 I think, but its better than the R-2 it is. If you're wanting more thorough heat-loss protection, Aristotle is probably right.
