My job is scrapping a few pallets of brand new fax-wood counter(desk) tops. The size is 30x36".
these things are in perfect shape, still in the vendor packaging.
any ideas?
Should I just use them on my workbench?

Edit: Here's a ****** picture,

Roll around work tables. I used a smaller drafting table and a well made roll around thing (I have no idea what it was originally). It has two sides and a bottom. It's handy as hell.

also, You could use 2 or 3 for a bench top. Hinge the backs, and build a recess under that to store larger tools and stuff (think OLD school desk).
