Ideas for shelf in single garage

Please post pics and inspiration for shelf (s) for single garage. I saw a foldable Jeep tailgate used on this forum and that was pretty awesome. Foldable or fixed, post your pics people

Mines a three car but I wanted all the floor space I could keep so here's mine:left side

Right side:
I'm still able to pull my Camaro in one side, and Colorado in the other with plenty of side space.

Are you looking for a shelf or a work bench? I think the Jeep tailgate was a work bench IIRC. I am planning a work bench build for my single car garage that has shelf storage on one side, a fold down work bench in the middle and on the right side a stationary bench that sits over my air compressor. The fold down section would fold up mostly for car work. This will give me more dedicated work space and storage space. Living with a Single for the past 4 years, Its 90% a game of tetris, managing what is kept in the garage and strong organization.

Additionally, I want to build overhead storage like adam to get things off the floor

We are thinking the same! Would be nice to have a shelf to fold down and place stuff on while I'm working on my car and if I wish so,I can keep it down and use it as a shelf
