I need a separate wire wheel in the shop. Maybe a buffer on the other side. I had planned on shaft with a couple pillow block bearings driven by an electric motor. I'm not buying one as I have the stuff to make it laying around here somewhere. Pics of your homemade buffers, Grinders, Wire wheelers would be great. Mainly I would need to know pulley sizes and motor RPMs. Thanks.

Here's one, but I cheated a bit and remounted a buffing head and motor that I found mounted on a board, at a garage sale ($5). My prefered speed is around 12-1400 RPM, so the pulley on the motor is slightly smaller in diameter. The motor runs at 1725 RPM.
