McMaster has all sorts of trays, tubes, etc. Also look at the Schaller trays.

I use these for large drill bits

Dad used the five gallon bucket method. I swore I wouldn’t do that.

Unfortunately appears I’m a chip off the old block.

I keep SDS bits along with every other drill driver type bit, wire wheel etc in a craftsman roll around. But when I get ready for a job I throw them in a five gallon bucket.

I keep my OMT in a Keter box, it has dividers and a mini box that I use for the blades, it comes in handy. A few holidays ago the HD was selling a Ridgid assortment of blades and it had a nice thin case I also use in the box to keep things clean.

Back before GJers decided they were made of gold, I'd pick up Kennedy 7-drawer machinist's chests for $25 - $50. They're perfect for storing small round and flat stuff.

I store drills, reamers, hole saws, punches, chisels, files, saw blades, taps, dies, et al, in them.

Translucent plastic bins, with covers, so they can be stacked, and don’t even have to be labeled.

For a while I was using zippered tool bags, but what wou need inevitably falls to the bottom, and they’re dark inside. Not an issue with the hard, translucent bins from Target, Menards, etc. look for the ones that are more squared off than stylishly rounded.

I use these to containers store my OMT blades, etc.
They work well to take with me if I’m using the OMT outside the shop.
