Ideas to install windows and door in pole building

Hi all, I'll be closing in the lean to side of my garage. I'll be installing one window in the rear, four windows and a man door on the long side and a 6'x3' window on the front. This is my wifes side of the shop for her stained glass, art, vinyl graphics and general use.

It is on an existing 4 inch slab and will be sided with girts and metal siding to match my garage. What is the best method to frame out the rough openings and secure any uprights to the slab?
