Identification help power press

Does this box of parts go with this power / hydraulic press? If so should I try to sell them together or separately? Any ideas of value? Also put this post in the vintage tools but can’t see how to delete this one!

What I think you have is the remains of a porta-power outfit with a homemade press frame. It looks pretty sorry and beat up. I'd offer the guy $10 for the frame and buy new hydraulics from HF.
