I need help identifying a piece of motorized equipment/machinery. I picked it up at a house sale for a few dollars, looked interesting. Just would like to know exactly what is.

For cylindrical grinding with a surface grinder.

I appreciate the information. Someone posted this on another forum. They were familiar with this tool. Now I can start looking for parts to put it together.
