Identification of toolbox

Does anyone know the brand and year of this tool box? The name plate is missing.

Snap On, earlier than1955, not sure about the model. Look for a stamp on the sides or on the back.

Late 40s KR-350 roll cab. I have the same box only mine has the stainless steel cross member where the Snap-On emblem is attached. Someone could have painted over the stainless on your box though. The attached picture is exactly what mine looks like.
