iDentifix, Direct Hit, aka Solera missing information

Has anyone noticed information missing from iDentifix since the merger. I know for a more than one fact there is cases missing. I also am finding less & less help from the site. Any one have any idea if Sweet & Sauer are still doing automotive help sites like they had with iDentifix. They sold to a company called SOLERA vehicle repair. The iDentifix site has really gone down hill.
