I have an Eifel Plierench with an assortment of attachments. A couple of them baffle me.

Photo 40 shows an overview of the tool, attachments, and bag. In photo 40, you will see a three-piece chrome gizmo that is labeled Plierench grip clamp. Anyone speculate on how or why it is used?

Photo 48 shows me holding a piece named Plierench V-Clip. I have the clip installed on the tool in photo 45. Anyone know how or why you would use the v-clip?

Photo 45 is a bit blurry, but it's the best I can do at the moment. Even though blurry, you can see the price as $7.00.

"Is that price firm?" asked the customer. "Well it's not etched in stone, but it is etched in steel."

Photo 50 is a complete mystery to me. This attachment is blurry, yes, but it is also precisely machined with flats and grooves. What's its purpose in life?

Well, that's my mystery. Any answers?

I've got a half-dozen loose jaws for some sort of plier-wrench. Wish I had some way to confirm what they fit.

The Plierench clamp in photo 40 clamps over the handles to hold them closed. The V-clip is used with the tubing cutter jaw. In photo 50 you have the internal/external jaw. You will notice that unlike the other jaws, it has a groove down both sides, so it can be inserted into the frame from either side, to either compress or expand whatever you're working on.

It goes around and comes around. I've got to put those extra jaws I've got out there for someone who needs them.
