Can you show us the other side? There may be some forged-in markings.

They are old I can tell you that. Before standardized sizing the wrenches were numbered. I have a bunch and they are at least a hundred years old

There was a standardizes numbering system that was used by a few different wrench manufacturers back when, and which still is used in some cases today, by companies like martin, and those wrenches seem to used it.

I don't know who manufactured those wrenches, but the round shape of the one wrench, and tapering handle, reminds me of old J H Williams wrenches. Bonney used a similar shape, but I'm not sure whether the wrenches were as rounded.

They do remind me of the Bonney wrenches and there is no forged marks on the other side and I don't have the wrenches with me now but I do have a no 27 Bonney to compare
