Anyone have any idea what these are?

Im assuming the three on the left are related. The piece on the right, is it a hammer drill attachment or something?:headscrat

The three on the left are water faucet reseating tools. The one on the right is a clutch-type Phillips bit attachment for a drill--regular drill, not a hammer drill.

ahh ok, whats the use for the attachment? If I remember correctly you have to have pressure on it for it to engage.

Yes, you have to apply pressure to it for the clutch to engage. It works kind of like the clutch on modern cordless drills or drill-drivers and is supposed to slip once a certain amount of torque is reached, theoretically before the bit cams itself out of the Phillips slot.
