I picked up an interesting pair of pliers at the local Flea Market yesterday. They have round needle-nose jaws that have serrations on the outer surface of the jaw. They are spring-loaded to the closed position and squeezing the handles opens the jaws. They have what looks like a Parkerized finish, and are marked TB-4 on one side near the hinge pin. They are about 5" long overall.
I am thinking that they are military, perhaps for working on weapons?
