Identify these pliers?

I assume these are a type of plier, but I'm not sure what they are used for. I inherited them at some point but they've just sat in my tool box for several years now, unused. I'd like to put them to use if I can. It looks like cutting wheels between the handles, but not sure what the end does. Who knows?

Oops, added a pic from my album but maybe since it wasn't set to public it didn't show up. How about now?

Has a K-D tools look to it due to the rippled handles. Can't tell the use, though.

Yeah, interesting. The connection to Purolator doesn't bring anything to mind. And not sure how the tubing cutter fits into this, but my dad thought the ends might be used for the type of hose clamp shown below. It may remain a mystery. :dunno:

From top to bottom in the pic....

First one looks like a bulb puller
Second one and the very bottom one are use for the twist wire type hose clamps
Third one is a ring squeezer....it's missing the bands that went around the piston rings
Forth is internal snap rind pliers
Fifth is external snap ring pliers

And yes they are K-D tool

Purolator would have sold these to install universal inline fuel filters like in a 3/8 or 5/16
you would cut the tube and then use the end on the wire corbin style hose clamps shown above

Thanks! I knew the uses for the pliers I have, just didn't know the use of the OP tool.

That bulb base remover is gonna come in handy!
