Identify these side cutters

I picked these up the other day because the chrome caught my eye as well as the pivot style. The only markings I find is the stamping "GG" that's mostly hidden up by the pivot on the "inside" of each half. They're nice, not sloppy, and cut wire just fine, but I have NO clue who made them.

I didnt see any markings of stainless steel on them, but maybe they are. I think they're chrome plated though. You can see some nickel trail of sorts on the right side grip of the first picture.

I like the way the pivot pin is designed. Easy to take apart to sharpen and still flush mount. Most flush mount pins are press fit and the type you can take apart are not flush mount.

If they're medical, they'd probably be for orthopedic surgery for working with wire or screws. Being able to dismantle and clean them would be necessary.

No, you're right, they're chrome.. You can definitely see the nickel strike wearing through in the picture.
