Identify this Quincy

It is obviously a QT-5, but hard to discern any other specs from it or its age. Does look super old, but also doesnt look recent.

Might be a good deal at $700 if its in decent shape, although some of the Modern QTs still have the high RPM engines.

Looks like it might be of mid-90s vintage
