Not sure what manufacture did this tap handle. Has O.A.W stamped on the face of the handle. Has tapered handle like a Starrett, but a tap "holder" like a Craftsman. I am guessing a cheap overseas tap handle. Anyone know what O.A.W is for? I don't think it is the initials of a past owner, but I could be wrong. Found it at the flea market last month. It is a little over 12" closed and 12 1/2" opened all the way.
