Some kind of starting crank handle???

I wonder what the teeth above the swiveling "square" socket are for.

I got it from my uncles shop who was a mechanic many years ago. I know its old, just not sure what it is. I also wondered about those teeth. They are not worn . Also why the two slots in handle ? maybe for a pry bar
It has some numbers on this side but I didn't come up with anything when I searched.
Its no big deal but I just found it interesting

I'm going with screwjack handle

You may be correct. If it is then the screwjack has to be in the old shop somewhere. This shop has sit for 30 years with nobody in it until a few weeks ago. Like walking in a museum . Pickers heaven for me . Shop was built in the early 60's.
Second picture is one I found on ebay. It looks similar but mine has only a few teeth
