Do we even have an identify this tool thread? I'd like to start by asking what these chisels were originally made for? I bought them from an industrial surplus store that gets a lot of items from Boeing and Lockheed, but I do not know if these chisels came from the aircraft industry ot not? Anyone know what they were made for?

Maybe researching those numbers might provide a clue. Look like they have woodworking edges but the rest looks like an industrial-rated cold chisel. Could be for aircraft mfg. Certainly could be a specialty tool. :dunno:

They look a lot like my keyway chisels. There was a time when keyways were often made by hand. I've done it. I don't recommend it.
