A wrench for multiple valves.

Yup, valve wrench. Has a variety of common standard sizes. Toss it with your oxy-acetylene torch setup. Very handy for that sort of stuff.

very vintage horsedrawn farm implement wrench, came with the machine, probably planter, plow, disk etc

I thought that pre-WWI nuts and bolts were square, not hex.

I was thinking a really cool wrench for tanks like oxy/acet. Those have wrenches similar, but there is no square for the small tanks.
