Anyone recognize this tool? Found during my FIL’s house clean out.

Looks like a saw set for handsaws to me.

Looks like a saw set for adjusting the teeth on saw blades.

When you don't know what it is about 75% of the time it turns out to be a saw set.

That's a nice one if it is. Maybe for large toothed saws.
