Identify this vise ? Possible parker 474.Chathman Mass

i cant make out this vise from my bad comp. It looks like a chas parker 474 double swivel. I noticed it too late, to call estate sale co or email them. Am I just seeing things. It's the black vise to the right side of bench.

Honestly I'd give it a 80 percent chance on being a parker double swiveler. I would for sure go and check it out just to make sure.

I thinking it is as well. I am about 3.5 hrs aways and not prepared to travel. If I seen it a few days ago I would be going. Did your comp show a better picture than mine. It looked real blurry. but the shape and size kinda fit.
