Identify vise help

Is this a foreign vise? Resembles a Wilton in certain aspects. Any help appreciated. Bill

With the 4 as the only identifier, I would not be surprised if an Asian attempt to mimic a Wilton. Being a skeptic and all

Seen similar sold under Powerkraft and by Milwaukee. Not Milwaukee Morgan.

That is one giant crack in the slide on that vise

Heck, If you post a vise picture here, a whole lot of people blow that thing up on their big screen TV and then go over it with a magnifying glass, just to see exactly what you got.
