There are some post on GJ that mention bonsai shears, but I don't see one about identifying them.
I suppose this might be out of the field of interest for a lot of GJrs, but here goes anyway.
...I recently found these shears; they look like a quality tool.
All my image search abilities failed to come up with a meaning for the Japanese characters, except the top one, which possibly means "registered".
The other two might be the name of the maker, I suppose.
Anyone with any expertise on these?

-There are 5 types of script that are used in Japan. The failed search could very well be that the kanji (Kaisho) used here are somewhat stylized/cursive (Gyosho) type of writing, much the way English is when one of us writes something. A lot of my personal difficulty was determining which of the writing styles was used before attempting to translate. You would likely have much better success if they could be set in the standard, angular form.
Anyone with any expertise on these?
-No expertise but was selectively learning Japanese for several years. It would take me a while to dig out my books and re-acquaint myself with what has lapsed. I'm hoping someone else here with more current familiarity can offer info. If not, I can either find the kanji or show this to a Japanese gal I know that's a friend of the GF.

My phone wont get the top row to be read as letters. Re orientation of the shears so everything is square and in focus may help. It read the lower characters as Made By in English
