Identifying MAC Wrench Production Date

Recently got two different MAC CL wrenches in 13/16 & 7/8. 13/16 has code F4, but that looks like it could be a couple of different years, and the 7/8 has no codes. I’d like to get more of the 13/16 style, maybe find a catalog from the whatever year it’s from
