I'll admit it right from the start, I lied to ya. The smaller box may be a tackle box, I'm not sure.
Anyways, back on topic. Looking at the box, it appears to have shelves for a tray to sit in. I'm hoping I can get an ID on this box to help me find a tray for it. I really like the box, and I think it would be an outstanding small tool box if it had the tray. The only marking on it that I could find is, "5 INCH" stamped into the bottom. That isn't the length of the box (that's a 10" pipe wrench laying in it), it isn't the width of the box (the width is between 6" and 7"), and I don't believe it's the depth, although, I forgot to take that measurement.
The second tool box, well, I'd just like to know a little bit more about it. I'm having trouble typing those symbols into Google.

I see no pictures. Try to copy/paste the IMG code from PB, don't try to type it out.

EDIT: Now I can see the slideshow. It took forever to load, I had most of my second post done before it loaded. That's probably why you got no replies, people are not going to wait for it to load.

Yes! I had no idea. I can't upload them from my computer because the size restrictions are crazy low. I'll try and rework my first post to get the pictures working.
NuttsGT, those are a few of them, thank you.

I'd say the first one is a small tool box for modelers, kitchen use or crafters, and is missing a tray. It could be used as a tackle box, but too easy to spill with a removable tray

That other id tough to guess. the 1975 date throws me. I'd have guessed pre WWII... (maybe it's' a model no.?)
