You can start selling them as others have in the past, but how many years do you want your business to last. 1, 2, 10, 50 years?
The North American market for tools has been saturated. If you are a new comer wanting a share of that market pie, you better have a HUGE financial backing if you're going to be competing on a national level with Autozone, Harbour Freight, Northern Tools, NAPA, and the like.
