Okay Guys & Gals,
I've been hanging around here for a little while, and I must say, I am confused about concrete floor coatings.
I have a 12x24 walled off section of my main garage that I want to use for a motorcycle garage. It has a bare concrete floor that I want to put some kind of coating on before I start using the space.
I have read about epoxies, polyaspartic, polyurea, race deck, garage deck, swiss track, etc., and my mind is numb from all the info.
I have ruled out race deck and similar items, and have settled on some type of roll-on floor coating. I figure that the polyaspartic, and the polyurea are not going to be user, or cost friendly. So, I am down to the epoxy DIY box from Lowe's.

Just for Grins, could some of you professionals chime in on what a fair price would be for a 12x24 garage floor in some of your basic poly-type coatings with orange and black flakes? Please?

Thank you!
Chuck

check out 100% solids epoxy's online. that box store stuff is questionable. i think you will find that some are not that much more expensive when you calculate you will probably have to put two coats of the box store stuff.
