My wife and I are planning our retirement.
She said I can have the shop of my dreams.
We are moving to a small rural town on 3.8 acres.

I'm looking at a Morton 40x60 with a man cave/bar room inside the shop. We are going to set this up as an auto restoration shop with at least 1 lift and maybe a paint booth/area. I was an auto tech and an auto tech teacher so I am used to having these things. I already have an 80 gallon compressor, MIG and gas welders, a ton of Snap-on tools and lots of other stuff.

The building starts next Spring

We found a nice little piece of ground outside Chillicothe. We have family there. Nice little town, not far from the city..
