Sorry, but after looking around a bit, I could only find them at Amazon Japan, Rakuten Global, and eBay. It appears they are sold as an accessory by Fernandes guitars in Japan.

I know the op asked for a 'nut driver' but....I was looking at my 8mm stubby combination wrench today & its only a few inches long like 2-3". It could easily be fitted to a key ring and is quite small.

Happen to come across this one from Amazon Japan, you could always use a small 8mm socket with it.

But I still think that the Best Tool SMB 0810 is a better compact handy tool to have.

Just my $0.02
