I have just remodeled my garage and I am almost finished with it. Here's what I have done so far: paint the walls gloss white, built 3 heavy duty shelves, built a 12ft long heavy duty workbench, installed 6 electrical outlets, installed an in wall AC unit, had floors done, installed new liftmaster garage door opener, installed a pantry cabinet for the wife, installed a fridge for the wife, and a few other things, i'm still not done yet as i have a few more things to buy, let me know what you guys think....Marxx

Come on, two words Nuts, Beer

Tell me about the Impala, looks like a 2 door? While I’m a blue oval bloke I have a thing for the 64 SS 409 (yep the song started it) is it one?

PS: Great garage.

Looks great. Can you open that cabinet door with the vice in front of it though?

Nice garage! I like how you wisely put plywood under the angle iron jack stands to help protect the flooring. What/whos' product is it? How long ago was it installed?

Coolermaster Centurion case and what appears to be an Acer widescreen... wise choices!!!

Oh yeah, and a great garage, too. You invoke envy within....

Great garage, you will really appreciate the gloss white walls. I did mine about six months ago and have found that the number of cobwebs has been reduced to practically none. I don't think the spiders can crawl on it.

Very clean. I like it.

However, I do find the snap-on banner amusing in a garage with a craftsman rollaway in it. :D

When do you install the third retractable reel on the ceiling? You know, the one that hooks to the air comressor? ;)

Marxx, like everyone else has mentioned, you've really done a nice job with your garage. I have to say, the floor really jumps out as one of (if not the) nicest feature. It simply looks fantastic. Is it a 2-part epoxy finish? You mentioned you're not finished yet, what else have you got in mind?

Thanks for all the kind words guys, i still have a few things left to get: a new compressor eventually, an elliptical trainer machine for my fat *** (just arrived today), a 40gal parts washer from harbor freight (just ordered it tonight), and of course more things to hang on the walls. TNTToy my Snap On box is at work for heavy duty use and my craftsmen box at home for hobby use. Benjacobs my floors are the only thing i had done, they were done by a company called premier garage flooring, its a polyurethane type finish and so far is very durable, but i will really find out how durable it is once i tear down my 64 and perform a frame off resto in there.

Great work with the space you have. I am also impressed with the volume of your vinyl collection, but to keep it in the garage in the California summer heat? Aren't you worried about it getting messed up?

I collect old vinyl so if you want to get rid of some and give it a good home let me know.

I was worried about the vinyl in the beginning but after a few summers already and no warped records its all good, i think the trick is to pack them tight on the shelf and they will not warp and trust me, it gets VERY hot in there in the summer, thats why i installed an in wall AC unit....

I like that workbench. It looks basic, yet nice & stout. After many hours of pondering what type to make for my garage, you may have finally made up my mind.:)

I'll ring in on the "great garage" sentiments. I hope I'll be able to keep my place looking as neat (doubtful). You're not kidding about it getting hot in the valley, my dad lives out near you in Lathrop and I don't go out there in the summer if I can avoid it. I'm surprised your vinyl hasn't just outright melted.

Wow! My garage wasn't that clean when it was brand new and now I know it will always be just a shop to weld, grind, and build in. Only in my dreams will I see it nice like that!
