Just thought I post a pic of my humble abode....it's 30X50....it used to be 50X100...I bought this building at auction, diassembled it and moved it 30 miles...re-assembled it as big as the city would allow...sold off the rest to a farmer for an AG building...it's post and beam construction (pole barn)...10 years and still a mess....

Nice garage!
What year is that old Ford car? My dad restored a 1941 Ford two door sedan when I was a kid. He recently sold it to a good friend of mine. I fondly remember helping him work on it as I was growing up, and taking it places after the restoration.

I bought the whole building for $3300.00....I disassembled it myself and paid a contractor to pull the poles, remove the roof trusses and reset the poles and trusses in the new location. That was $1500.00. The concrete was $2500.00, new electric service $900.00. Total of $7200.00. I sold the remainder for $3500.00...grand total of $3700.00. With all the little stuff I guess I've got $5000.00 in it. That includes the plywood interior, 8' lights, wiring etc. that came with it. It was a working woodworking business when I bought it. I really DIDN'T want it smaller but you know the building codes...The Ford is a '39 Standard...I just sold it a few weeks ago to a fella who's going to restore it. The other vehicle is a '56 F-100 that's getting a blown 354 Hemi ASAP...
