I placed an order with Legacy Industrial last week for a 600sft Nohr-S kit in white. spent last weekend renting a Diamabrush from Home Depot and prepping the floor. I am working most of the weekend, but hoped to tackle this on Sunday/Monday with the help of a friend as the weather is perfect in North Florida at the moment. Anyway opened the Boxes today and was disappointed to find 1 box contained 2 gallons of the standard epoxy (parts A&B) in off white and the second small box the chips.

I understand mix up's happen and I'm not really mad just of three packages I ordered last week one a rug from overstock.com was the wrong size and my garage kit is wrong, but at least I got the correct pool vacuum...thanks Poolsupplyworld.com. I know these are all first world problems but just a little frustrated. I'm Totally confident legacy will get it right, I spoke with them prior to ordering and they were very helpful.

Legacy did get it right. The White Nohr-S System comes with an off-white primer.
Your polyurea will arrive with the bright white pigment.

Sorry...the confusion was on my end and the rest of my order showed up today. I assumed I had got the wrong order in part because the paperwork with the first boxes had a order # 7228 and the order number on my original confirmation invoice was #8167. I tried to call Saturday and go a message directory type thing so figured I would deal with it today. Sorry again for the mistake and legacy has been totally on point.
