I'm soooo Jealous!

A buddy of mine just bought a new place. I went with him to look at it. 5 acres, on a quiet side road. , Used to be a big farm. Nice house, BUT, heres the kicker. Attached to house is a 34x33, 6 car garage. Next to that is a big single garage. Then there's a 45x80x14 building. fully set up shop. full bath w shower, kitchenette, 2 upper areas for storage. fully wired for lights, welders compressor. air lines run all over. THEN. there's a 55x105x14 pole building...Add to that a 40x80 dairy barn in great shape. has drive up ramp to upper part of barn. whole hay mow area, is wide open. Plus a couple a calf barns. and there is even 5 grain bins. 25 ft in dia. all cleaned out and nice clean concrete floors. they have big walk in doors, and would make great storage areas.
This place all cleaned up and ready to move in. And Get this....Under 250k!
I am so freekin Jealous...What a killer deal! And not out in the sticks, only 20 miles to Madison wi.

That's the trouble. All the good deals always seem to fall in my lap when my wallet's thin, but I always find the money if I want it bad enough.

Hmmm, My pole barn is 32 x 36, and winter storage is 5 cars and a tractor. No one said anything about trucks. Pony cars and smaller fit just fine, so he can put 6 '68 Camaros in there.
