Impact Driver

I wanted to see if anyone made an impact driver (for screws) WITH a cord, I can only find cordless models.

I hate cordless power tools, the rechargeable battery always seem to **** out after a couple years.

These new Litium batteries they use for the cordless power tools aren't cheap either.
