impact gun question

Hi Im looking to replace a broken driver for an old impact gun I have but I cant seem to find out what the ends are called or where to source them Any help would be great.

I suspect that is a 7/16" hex drive, so oyu would be looking 7/16" hex drive bits.

Looks like an IR 231 to me. But there are knockoffs, so I am not sure of it.

I think its an early model IR, but has a weird collar for different bits. I found a company in California that sells the hex drivers. 4 weeks delivery, I guess I can wait. Thanks guys

I don't think it is an IR, it would have the IR bug cast in the side of it.

Probably a copy, but its powerful. Im gonna spend a few bucks on it. I think it was my dads.

Not necessarily, I have a old 231 without the casting mark. It does however have a plate on the back.
