Impact question.

I have a devilibiss? impact wrench but it seems like it slightly locks up. Maybe just me, Does anyone know anything about them? If I can clean it out and rebuild it? Any info is helpfull.

A broken hammer pin will do this.Runs fine free wheeling but with a load it "locks up"

I would think sow but at what cost. The only way is to tare into it you could have another problem.

not to be a ****, i wouldn't fix it, not worth it. IF you could find the parts ( you probably won't ) you would have more into it than it's worth. i'd buy a used ir,cp,etc. you can get parts for them all day long.

You don't sound like a ****, your statement is completly understandable. I am however leaning toward that route.
