IMPCO Cabinet

I need help identifying this cabinet. I believe it to be old based off the rounded edges. I tried a google search of the stamp I found inside the door and that didn't bring up much. Does any one know the age or history of this company. I am not trying to make any money off of it. I am going to refinish it for my own use. It is a cool cabinet that I would just like to know more about. Thanks.
