I've been requesting floor tile samples from various retailers such as JNK Products and others. I would recieve a 1 inch square piece of tile and thought nothing of it. Recently one company wanted $9 shipping for a sample, naturally I declined. Yesterday I had a notice in my mailbox stating that they have a pkg for me to pick up...It was from Racedeck. While driving to the P.O. I was thinking, why wouldn't the mail carrier just leave the sample in my mailbox.
I got to the P.O. and the clerk brought out a FULL TILE! When I got home and openned it up inside there was a brochure, and a DVD. I had to call them to make sure they weren't the company that wanted me to pay a shipping charge, I'm pretty sure I declined that deal. It wasn't them, she said they never charge shipping for their samples.
I am very impressed and have decided on these actions alone, to buy from Racedeck when the funds are available.
