Thanks. I love it too. It still has some minor hickups that need to be adressed, but its a true sportscar.

That's great!
Is the smoke leaving a smear layer on the cars or are they clean as before smoking?

No, the smoke completely dissapears. You can buy different smoke fluids. From very light to completely covering. I use the "p" rated one which is most afaik common:

Today I spent some hours on cleaning a set of Carrera Classic wheels I got for a good price. I will use them until the arrival of a set of BBS CH-R:

Ten year old dirt is difficult to get rid of.

Hi Beat! We had a chat before, right! I think we really should meet this year and have a talk in person. Do you still have your Corvette? Was seriously looking into that the last months.

Please let me now. ;-) I'm located near Lucerne.;)

Hi folks,

Man how time flies. I wasn't here for more than two years now!!! There was so much other stuff happening and I had a long period of tough work with basically no time at all for anything. But it turned out great and I will try to give some updates on my garage project again.

First - I am still in the same garage. But the cars have changed in a big way. The hard work in the last years paid finally off and I was in a very lucky position to add some very desirable and iconic sportscars to my stable:

A new Porsche 718 Spyder along with an Audi TTRS daily driver

Looking at my story here it is obvious that it must be something with grey/blue. :-D So I think I now need to talk RaceDeck1 into making some light blue Diamond Track tiles. :bounce:
I still kept the old Porsche - I fell so much in love with it over the last two years, I just can't sell it. My wife still doesn't know that I will keep it. :D

There is a lot more to talk about and share regarding the garage project and the house. I will put some updates on this over the next few weeks. Hope its still interesting...

Wow!!! Beautiful selection of cars. Have to say if I were in a similar financial position I would likely have the same rides. Great picks.

Very nice garage and car collection.

About the smoke fluid, we once put a smoke machine in a car for a day at a BigGreenEgg event and the car was covered in oil so it does leave some stuff behind...
