In floor heat - do I need individual shutoffs on each loop?

I'm about to install my boiler system this weekend and one thing is bothering me.

I've got the Watts manifolds with flow gauges etc but I don't see any way to isolate a single loop from the hot side. I can restrict flow on the cold side, but that's it.

Should I install shutoffs on each hot side of the loop between the manifold and floor?

Thanks!

If nothing else, individual shutoffs are handy for flush the air out of each loop. Rather than splitting the pumps volume between several loops you can force it all through one loop which will help if you have a stubborn air pocket somewhere.

Thanks guys, I didn't think I was wrong by thinking I needed them. You can never have too many shut offs :)
