Ok guys the shop I'm working in had an in floor set up in it when we got it. Very crudely done but it worked, so the 1970 something 40 gal water took a dump and it's time to go shopping.
So after many hours of reading and studying I find out what size I need and all that jazz, and pick a tankless EEmax 65t. Works great for a week show up after work on day 7 and smoked the element. :headscrat
So I get another one two days latter install, purge air, fire it up life is great for 5 days this time. Till last night. :headscrat
So what gives It works flawless through out the whole warmup and now that it only runs a little bit I'm losing elements? I'll post a pic for everyone to laugh at.

Sounds like you still have air in the lines, when it builds up in the boiler it allows the elements to over heat and burn up.

You are using an electric water heater for space heating.

A proper electric boiler will have proper controls, including comfort and fuel saving out door reset, better elements and enough water to assure heat transfer. Best of all, installation instructions. We use Electro and Thermolec.

Do you have an air bleed located high on the piping?

The altitude of the air eliminator in a closed-loop, pressurized hydronic system has no bearing on it's efficiency. Using a micro-bubble air eliminator and assuring that it resides in the proper position vis-a-vis the nearest circulator is critical.
