This is my 30' X 40' 3 door garage (built by previous owner). It is central heated (not cooled..yet). The East bay is walled off from the other two and has gone from shop to gym to kids rec to storage overflow in some variation several times. I have a wish list of updates and upgrades that want to start on. I will update this thread as I accomplish them. here are a couple photos to show what I'm working with.

Anyway, to the OP, looks like a good start.
From the pics it looks like you need a lot of lighting! Seems dark in there from the pics. Could just be the pics but I like the vapor lights from HyperIkon. I have a bunch. One keeps giving me a hard time but they replace them with just an email saying it is bad! I might need to get another replacement again. Not sure why this keeps happening. But they look like fluorescent but are quiet LED's and are much brighter and less power. It will make a worlds bit of difference!

He likes trikes. Couple of dirt bikes too, no streetbikes? Looks like a good space. Wish I had that-much room. Some organization could yield better-use of the room. Probably the same for most of us.
It'd probably be a lot brighter if he just replaced the bulbs. Half of them appear to be burned out

I love the dirt toys also had a 2013 Ultra Classic beautiful bike loved it. Unfortunately took a spill Memorial weekend and totaled it, by Gods blessing I'm still hear!

The only thing I find offensive is the old 3 wheel trike you have with the balloon tires. Almost got totalled on one of those. Riding thru the cow pasture when i turned abruptly and got a foot caught under the rear wheel and thrown off sliding face first into a cow pie!
Now thats offensive!!!
