Does anyone know where I can purchase an empty, clean PVC Cement Can? Looking at building a DIY evap machine and don't want to buy a full can to pour out.

Here is what I need

Check out a arts and craft store they may have something like Michael's or AC Moore. I think other than that most places that manufacture these type of cans aren't looking to sell just one can they are looking for businesses to buy huge lots of them. So your more than likely to find a set rate for shipping higher than the price of a single can. A can of pipe cement new from Lowes is less than $5.00.

Call a plumber or sprinkler system installer and ask them if you can have their next empty can

Personally I would just buy a new can of glue and dump it. By the time a plumber gets done with a can it's going to be in pretty ruogh shape usually.

HD sells empty quart paint cans with a lid on them. You can probably google it and find a can like you are looking for but the shipping will kill you.

that is such a cool idea, and I just happen to have all the supplies to make one minus the hose and glow plug laying around.

Show caution around evap systems and pressure. Our pro machine tests them at 1psi. Yes 1. It has a 3psi switch for intake, exhausts etc. probably wouldn't take much to rupture a fuel tank. You should see them swell and make noises at 1psi
