Hey guys. I found this site a couple months ago when my wife and I were looking for new homes. We wanted to move outside of town so we were looking at acreages. Some of the properties had outbuildings. Well, to make a long story short, we bought this place. It is great and I am looking forward to using ideas from this site to enhance my garage and the ManShop.
The lot is 1.3 acres. The house is roughly 2,800 sqft with a triple garage.
The ManShop is a stick built 28 x 36 insulated and heated building. I believe the ceiling height is 14 feet but I haven't measured yet.
I am super excited to make the garage and the ManShop my own. I came from a double garage that was only 22x22. I never thought I would have a kicka#$ shop to work and play in. The interior needs to be finished but that will happen in time. First and foremost, I need to get the basketball hoop installed soon so when the snow flies we can shoot hoops in a warm shop.
