Hello all!
Has anyone else purchased tools from sjdiscounttools.com ? I recently (5/19/09) purchased some tools and when the box arrived I opened it up to find one of the five items I purchased. I emailed the conpany accoriding to the sales concerns link, but have yet to see my tools. I did get an email a few days later that said that one of the items was on back order and that he would check into the others. But, thats all I got from that. No more communication...
Is it really necessary for me (the customer) to have to try and track down my order. I mean it can't be that hard to send someone an email; "Dear Mr. customer items ***, ***, and *** are on back order. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will contact you with any upates"....? Or at the very least let me know during the check out process.... This *****. The worst part of all is that I'm waiting for a stinkin' bearing splitter and 3 wrench racks!!
Is there anything I can do to correct this issue, short of driving form Florida all the way to their front door in Ohio??
The scarry part is I didn't realize until now that under their "contact us" on the website, they'll only communicate through automated phone systems and email. They will not disclose a main phone line....
What should I do to get my stuff...?
