long time lurker, probably 2010 or so. extreme diy guy. make my own tools some times. not the best about posting. got a 3d printer 1.5 years ago be going nuts with it. in to motorcycles heavy since 2004, not crusiers though, fast vehicles in general. upgraded last summer from my single bay matco to a snap-on master series double bay in lime green for the house. still not big enough need a triple bay, but other stuff is a priority. got a 2 tier gray craftsmen that holds my over flow. I have 22 cordless dewalt 20v tools, lots of corded tools. The wife and I both have dewalt heated jackets too. sheet metal work by trade. was out for 5 years doing industrial maintenance. hated nights, back in it. just got a Milwaukee packout to carry all my tools from job to job. doing mods to it now.
Tried my own metal fab/Industrial maintenance business, then had a kid and quit because I like spending time with her not working my life away, got another kid on the way as well.
Was going to have my shop up at the new house the past summer but I tore my bicep tendon and didn't heal up till winter time. so this spring will get it done. I tore down, piece by piece, a 24x35 recording studio about 1.5 hrs away. and going to rebuild it with no rooms for my shop. all the extra wood and wire will help finish the basement at the new house. me and my father tore down a barn and moved it 225 miles away to the family farm a few years back. that was fun. lol
hope to help out now and continue to learn from this great site.
