Indresco brand

I saw some Indresco (I think thats how it was spelled) brand wrenches at a yard sale.

They were marked made in USA.

Anyone know any details about this brand?

This was my first thought, as well.

But, googling "indresco" does show some type of mining equipment maker that used to have some kind of partnership with Komatsu?
