Fully Functioning Industrial Clock with neon. This is a Westerstrand Pulse / Slave clock. It is controlled by the 24V DC MasterClock controller which sends a 24V Pulse to the clock mechanism every 60 seconds. Manual adjustment can be accomplished by the button on the side of the controller or connecting to it via USB and using the software on a computer. Dimensions are 28 inches across and 12 inches deep.
